Before launching KMC Virtual Support, I spent several years in the dynamic world of RTO administration. Where precision, compliance, and client care are of upmost importance. My role spanned everything from managing student enrolments and coordinating training schedules to ensuring documentation met ASQA standards and internal operations ran smoothly.
I became known for my ability to simplify processes, maintain airtight records, and communicate with clarity across stakeholders, trainers, and learners. Whether I was refining onboarding workflows or navigating the nuances of government reporting, I approached every task with a blend of strategic thinking, genuine care and passion.
That experience didn’t just shape my skill set; it shaped my mindset. It taught me the value of systems that support people, and the power of thoughtful administration in building trust and delivering excellence. Today, I bring that same level of detail, discretion, and reliability to every client I support through KMC.
Why I Started KMC
KMC Virtual Support began as a quiet idea during nap times, born from my desire to stay home with my son while still doing work that felt meaningful.
I knew I wanted to stay present for my son. Not just physically, but emotionally. Returning to a conventional workplace while he was in someone else’s care didn’t align with the kind of life or impact I wanted to create. And I knew I wasn’t alone. So many small business owners, especially those with families, are juggling everything, trying to grow something without burning out.
I started KMC to be the kind of support to business owners, that I would want for myself; thoughtful, strategic, and deeply human. A service that doesn’t just tick boxes, but truly understands the messy, magical reality of running a business while raising a family.
